SHIPPING OPTIONS

We are delighted to offer flat rate shipping within both Canada and the United States. 

All shipments are sent via Canada Post service. This service comes with tracking and up to $100 liability coverage.

  • NB, NS, PEI:
    • $13.00 Standard - up to 7-10 business days
  • ON, QC:
    • $15.00 Standard - up to 7-10 business days
  • MB, SK, AB, NFLD, BC, YT, NT & NU:
    • $18.00 Standard - up to 7-10 business days
  • United States:
    • $30.00 Expedited - up to 7 business days 
    • PLEASE NOTE: We try our best to ensure the safe packaging of your products; however, we cannot guarantee the same level of care provided while in the hands of third-parties. If your order is one of the lucky boxes selected for a search by US Customs, please be aware that this may cause an issue with the appearance of your order upon delivery. In addition, should any duties be applied to your order, they are at the expense of the recipient.

The Maritime Gift Box assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping; however, we can file a claim with Canada Post on your behalf.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in Canada based on Canada Post Standard Parcel services. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are looking to give the gift of the Maritimes to someone who is abroad, please contact us so we can provide you with a list of shipping options that may be available to you. 

The Maritime Gift Box cannot be held responsible for any custom duties that may be applied upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

All sales from The Maritime Box are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

While we try to avoid any possible 'Return to Sender' issues by screening all addresses, The Maritime Gift Box assumes no responsibility for boxes returned to us. Should this occur, The Maritime Gift Box will reach out to the customer to correct any shipping information. PLEASE NOTE: The reshipment fee incurred to ship the box a second time will be at the expense of the customer.
