Placing Your Order:

When placing your order on our website, select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.


Pickup Location:

Pickups are available at our designated location in Fredericton, NB. The exact address will be provided in your order confirmation email.


Pickup Times:

Pickups can be arranged Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. If you need to schedule a pickup outside these hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Pickup Procedure:

When you arrive, please have your order confirmation number ready. Our team will bring your order out to you to ensure a smooth and quick pickup experience.


Identification:

For security purposes, we may ask you to present a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order. If someone else is picking up your order, please notify us in advance and ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation.


Holding Period:

We will hold your order for 7 days from the time it's ready for pickup. If you cannot pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. Orders not picked up within this period will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued.


Cancellations and Changes:

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is prepared for pickup, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
