Si 10 jours se sont écoulés depuis la livraison de votre cadeau, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas vous offrir de remboursement ou d'échange. Tout remboursement ou remplacement est effectué uniquement à notre discrétion.
Remboursements
Une fois que nous aurons reçu votre article, nous l'inspecterons et vous informerons que nous avons reçu votre article retourné. Nous vous informerons immédiatement du statut de votre remboursement après avoir inspecté l'article.
Si votre retour est approuvé, nous procéderons au remboursement sur votre mode de paiement d'origine. Vous recevrez le crédit dans un délai d'un certain nombre de jours, en fonction des politiques de l'émetteur de votre carte.
