However, if the recipient receives a damaged or incomplete shipment, please contact us immediately at info@themaritimebox.com. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If 10 days have gone by since the delivery of your gift, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any refunds or replacements are made solely at our discretion.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping

I love the wide variety of products that The Maritime Box carries! I was gifted this GORGEOUS handmade mug & it's become my favourite. Aside from being beautiful, there's indents in the front & back of the bottom to make it easier to hold. It also carries a lot of coffee! This is such a great gift & would recommend.
