Collected from hives along the beautiful north shore of PEI, this honey captures the essence of the island's natural landscape. The bees forage on wildflowers and pasture blooms such as White Clover, Goldenrod, Aster, and Fireweed, creating a rich, floral flavour that reflects the diversity of the region.

This creamed honey is made by churning liquid honey with a small amount of seed (already creamed) honey for several days, then cooling it slowly to achieve a silky, smooth texture with even granulation throughout. The result? A thick, spreadable honey that’s never gritty and always velvety.

Properly stored, creamed honey will maintain its perfect consistency. Keep it in a cool pantry or refrigerate if preferred—just avoid direct sunlight or heat to prevent it from returning to a liquid state.

All of honey is unpasteurized, raw, third-party tested, and 100% pure.
No preservatives. No additives. No flavouring. Just real honey.

Made in PEI, with care from hive to jar.
